Closed or Open Surgry

I when for my pre- op today and so excited however cause I have to see the surgeon after my pre op, im terrified that he is going to say I need open when I have paid for closed. Any one had closed that have had a really change in the look of there nose like shape? don’t want to be disappointed with limitations…
