Hi ladies,

I have my op on 21st March at Preston just wondering how long before you can pull clothing over your head and not near zipped or buttoned clothes?

Id say about 5 to 7 days for me but everyones different xx

It took 2 weeks for me to be able to do that, and yet i had to be cautious doing that even after 2 weeks, no vigorous moves!

About two weeks for me to, I had unders x

By day 3/4 I was outing my normal clothes on Hun I didn’t both with zip up stuff either tho I just wore my best tops I wear normally and pulled them over my bum xxx

I’d say about a 7/10 days for me. After that I opted for stretchy tops that are easy to get over your head xx
