Clothes post op

I’ve been looking for zip up/button up tops to wear post op as I’ve been told it’s almost impossible to put your arms above your head.

I’m not having any luck….has anyone got any bits they’ve found??

I’ve lived in pjs since my op, river island have some front fastening pjs. I’ve managed a vest top today just stepped into got my mum to help me put my arms through xx

I want some lounge wear or something that I won’t feel like a total slob in haha x

I just got some vests in a size up so I could just step into them and pull them up haha was easier to get plain vest than button up tops xx

What about a nice plaid shirt? Comfy, looks good and practically everywhere sells them. H&M do some nice ones x

Hard to explain but I found some jumper dress/long tops in primark, the arms are low so I’m intending to get my other half to pull it over my head and slip my arms in as I don’t actually have to lift them. I’m also taking a zip up hoodie. All the button up tops look like I’d never get gem done up after.

I got some over sized button up shirts from primark, because you bloat loads, so it hid my pregnant looking tummy aswell xx

I lived in my dressing gown like all week! Didn’t get dressed til the day of my 1 week post op haha. Just wore black leggings n the same black zip up jumper thing I wore on the day of my op. I been spending enough on sports bras so I’m trying not to buy more things lol xx
