cnt wait to exercise agen

Lovin my boobs but feelin fat and unfit.wen can i exercise properly???

6 weeks they say but I think you can do light things low impact from 4 I think but best to ask your nurse! I’m feeling the same though 🙁 not sure if because I’m hunched over I seem fatter can’t hold my belly in walking haha hate it! How many days/weeks post op R u? X

I miss my swimmin.:( im 4 weeks hun but dnt c nurse till30th july so ill b past 6 weeks. Hate waitin:(
