Im trying to decide whether to have breast implants or fat transfer.
Ive read a few posts that say the implants get cold and hard in cold weather. Can I ask everyone if this is the case with most implants?
I ski every winter so this would be a big deal for me. Sometimes it gets to minus 35.

I don’t think it’s a lasting thing though… Fat transfer can look lumpy and if you lose weight you will lose some of the fat that’s put in your boobs so it’s a lot of money for them to just get smaller again… xxx

A thermal bra would be a good investment!
I dont know if they actually do those, but its a good idea if not. I go on a few winter sports holidays, and I just tend to feel the cold a lot anyway so I think i’ll be wrapping the twins up post op!
