coming home the next day?

Im gonna be travelling from preston to newcastle the day after my op, i was hoping for a lift but dad cant get the time off so need to book train, would you girls suggest leaving early so i can get home early and chill, or chill in the hotel as long as possible and get later trains? I dunno what to book haha x

i would prefer to get home asap so i could chill and relax especially as trains are bleeding stressful at the best of times! xx

This was my thinking but mam thinks ill be knackered in the morning and want to stay in bed as long as possible iv got no idea lol x

my dad drove me 6.5 hours after my op! We had a hotel booked but I wasn’t in any pain due to all the painkillers and being put to sleep etc we drove home after it – it just comes with risks ie if you were to bleed etc! Hope all goes well X
