Complaints process?

Anyone know the complaints process or number to call to actually get an answer and replied to?

or who to call when my PC was emailing me 3 months ago and now is not replying to emails or calls? nor mya returning my voicemails…ive had two pre op assessments and ”was” waiting for my follow up to organise op date etc…its my second op due to rippling which Mya are sorting out but there not sorting it out…

I’d be turning up at the clinic and refusing to move until someone had seen you if they’re not returning your calls! Xx

Hey jesscia, I rang the Fitzroy early this morning and got an answer! turns out my PC does not work for mya anymore and apologies for not letting me know! hoping to get a call from my new PC tomorrow who deals with revision Operations, ive been going through all this for 2 and half years now its boring! I just want the boobs i paid for now lol! xx
