    I put a official written complaint in to MYA about the problems I’ve had with my BA over a month ago now. I received a letter back saying I would hear back from them within 20 working days from that letter. What a surprise…I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve been complaining for over two months now and was told after a while to put it in writing but I’ve still got nowhere. I spoke to a girl on here who told me a year on she was still waiting for a proper response from them. I have now been left wishing I had never used MYA as after you have surgery done they just don’t care. The after care for problems is shocking for the amount of money you pay in the first place.

    Sorry for the rant girls I’m just so annoyed!

    hope you don’t mind me asking but what is the problem? there has been lots of negativity on here recently about aftercare, its really concerning!

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had problems bbe! There’s been a few comments here recently about MYAs aftercare (or lack of) which is quite worrying expesh as I’m only 2 weeks PO and part of the reasoning went with MYA in the first place was coz of their aftercare package. I would persist with your complaint, maybe try going direct to the head office (if you haven’t already). What kind of problems have you had with your ba if you don’t mind me asking?     It sounds like this is definitely something mya need to work on. It doesn’t take long for a reputation to build!
