Completely flat, does anyone have before and afters please?

Hi girls,

My starting size is basically non existent, I always assumed A or AA but other girls post photos saying they’re this size and they are bigger than mine. I carry no weight at all across my chest, quite boney, and obviously completely flat! I’m a 28-30 inch back, size 6/8, 5ft 6.

Does anyone have any before and after photos they’d mind sharing of similar stats please? Would love to see!

I had my op yesterday with Mr Giannis. . I was a 34b so not big busted before. I’d breastfed so they were very hangy and for years I’ve felt so unfeminine. I’m a 8-10 and I’ve got 375cc under the muscle. They are very tight and sore at the minute but I’m chuffed with them. X best of luck with your procedure. Have attached pics. Xxx

Wow they look amazing! You must be so pleased! Thank you for sharing, I was only offered 295cc as a max but even that feels huge 🤣

I think you’ll find that won’t be as big as you think 😃 I was too worried I’d come away too big but I’m really happy. Go with your gut instinct. Plus the surgeon is great as advising what size to go. Hopefully you’ll get some more posts on here xxx

So I am 12 dpo, got measured as a 32 AA before surgery. Mr Mahdi was brilliant. I had 325cc dual plane, high profile with a nipple lift, my boobs were so empty. I am healing nicely.
I am 5’2″ size 8, 54kg. Xx

Omg they r amazing he really has done them lovley I can’t wait now I was a bit apprehensive!! I’m having 375 with a mini lift iv asked if he will make my aeriola smaller can I ask if u also did or just a lift ??

Thank you. No I just had the uplift, as with an uplift they only do the top and lift them slightly.

Ahh you’ll be fine, I found everyone at First Trust Preston were amazing which I’m sure is the same for all the locations.

Hi Victoria. Was glad to see your post as I too am completely flat and 28-30 inch back. I’m 5ft 5, size 8 (sometimes can fit into a 10). I was advised to get between 200-350cc. They are aiming to use 345cc if possible!

I am booked to have my surgery at the end of July (I had to fit it in around work, hence my wait!)
I’m not actually going with Mya, but Spire. I came across this forum and thought I’d join: it’s amazing to be able to read about other people’s experiences! But yes, I’ll keep you updated.

No meat on my chest at all! (Btw / I agree with you that most girls say they are small but look like a b cup
To me!!!)
I had 275cc high profile split muscle.
I love them now! I am
15 weeks post op and zero regrets!

2 weeks po today 🙌 recovery hasn’t been too bad, first several days I took my pain killers then I didn’t need them. Found driving a little uncomfortable but a lot easier If you have an automatic. Sleeping at 45 is challenging but you get there.
Mr Mahdi measured me at my consultation, I thought I was a 32 B but he tells me then I measure a 31AA! 🤷‍♀️ but now I have boobies.

I am also quite boney across my chest too.

When is your consultation ?

Bernice you look amazing! Such a great result, you must be super pleased! Did you have an idea of size or is that what was suggested?

Stevie my consultation was the other week, surgery is booked for Saturday! Eeek!

Also your results are amazing! 😍I’m similar pre op stats to you ladies – size 8, 53kg, not even a 32A, (very empty due to breastfeeding my lovely babies) and have my surgery booked in August with Mr Mahdi. How have you found the recovery – that’s my main worry as I have young children and they love a cuddle. X

Yes – knew I wanted around 250/265/300
I weighed rice out & put in old tights to make a mock implant. Popped to m&s and tried on non pad bras with my rice implants to get an idea of how they would look & what size bra I would fill. Then when I saw the consultant I tried on implants again.
Surgeon was on the same page as me tbh as small frame.
Thrilled to bits! No regrets xxx

Mine are 12 & 15 so I’m Lucky to get a cuddle nowerdays 😭
I went back to work on day 12 post op. Hadn’t quite anticipated how hard it was to open heavy doors 🤣 or use the gullotine (I work in a school)
Never had huge pain – I was just so worried about ruining the healing process.
Not running for 6 weeks was the hardest part tbh!

Thanks for the reply Bernice – I hope my results are as good as yours, they look amazing.
I have 5 children (hence my boobs have taken a major hit 🤣), the eldest is 10 and the youngest will be 17 months at the time of my surgery. Not sure how I’ll manage not picking them up – I guess my husband will have to do more in that department for a couple of weeks. I’m a teacher so will have 14 days before returning to work, hopefully I’ll feel up to it by then. I’m the same as you…not so much worried about the pain just not wanting to delay healing. And yes I’ll miss being able to exercise too. All worth it though especially for results like that! X

Can I please ask what everyone went for in terms of smooth or textured? I’m really struggling with the decision 🙁 I’m currently 32AA and getting partial 300cc implants.

I’m having 275cc and 300cc high profile under the muscle -textured.
I’m worried i might be going too small! But then I don’t want to be massive!!! Soooo hard to decide
