Had a consultation with a 2nd surgeon yesterday. Honestly I didn’t really have a feel for him.
He recommended 525 or 640, overs. Although he said the implant would be seen due to lack of tissue, but he wouldn’t do unders.
I currently have 300 unders in right now.
The 1st surgeon I saw, who I felt understood the look I want to achieve recommended 375 or 400 unders in the naturelle’s or 410 in cui.
I’ve booked with this surgeon now, felt comfortable and trusted him. But the sizes offered yesterday have completely thrown me. I’ve booked to see my surgeon again to see if we can take the implant size up to 420 or 445 or possibly larger.
I’m 5ft 4 and a size 6, just trying to find the balance without boob greed taking over.

I wouldn’t risk going with the big implant if he said it would be seen due to lack of breast tissue it will just cause you further problems in the future which might result into you having to have excess skin cut away and a smaller implant put in because of rippling. But do go Back and discuss it with the other surgeon you like see what he says, if you already have 300 now I’m sure 420 or 445 would be fine. X

Hi Terri, it’s likely the first Dr offered you smaller as he will be going under, using a large implant first time around with unders can cause problems with the muscle, obviously overs removes this so you can go bigger. I certainly can’t advise going that size if he says it will be seen, as Rinx said, it will cause issues later. Good luck x

Just want to make the right choice. Want this to be my last ba and I really don’t want to wake up after the op with regrets.
Obviously I’m not a professional but I feel unders are better for me.
I’ve found a surgeon I’m comfortable with and trust, I think I just need to go back to him to re discuss sizes.
