Hi girls, just confused with the sizing. So my surgeon suggested 500cc/450cc overs but I’m worried this will look huge? I’m pear shaped but don’t want to look heavy on top. A 32D is what I want but scared 500 will make me huge! I’m 34A

I’m pear shaped wanted something that would even things out. I told my surgeon I wanted to be a C/ D but he told me that I shouldn’t go too small because I’m pear shaped I still want to be in proportion. He offered me 400, 450 and 500. I picked 400 but really wished i had gone bigger because I know what he means now- I so could have got away with being bigger!! I was 34a and I think I’m going to be 34d when the swelling goes x

I know I was the same I was a small c cup and her offerd me 400,450 or 500. I wanted to end up a DD/E . As I was a small C and curvy I was Sooo scared 500cc would be too big so I went 450cc. But I could easily of had 500cc and in terms of dimensions there’s really no that much difference between the 3. Hope that helps xx

Hey hun how u doing if u you have ask for D cup and you have been told 450/500cc most sugroens don’t go off cup size as they will go off your body frame and breast skin so if you was 500cc but you think that’s going to be big if you go smaller you the run the risk of the smaller implants not filling out your skin and this will make the breast look saggy like two golf in a shopping bags .
