Confused!! Help please? Different size boobs!

Hi girls
I went to meet with my surgeon yesterday, chosen a size of 345cc naturelles, I’m currently a pn empty DD so want them more for filling out. he told me I won’t get a symmetrical look as I have one breast which is bigger by 2cm then the other, and he would have to uplift the one breast. this has never bothered me before so don’t want an uplift. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same comments and wondered what there advice would be.
