Confused -size and nipples

Hi i am booked in for a ba and uplift in sept, am confused what size i’ll be, keep reading on the forum about girls measuring bigger than they look. I am currently measuring round a d cup and have been offered 365cc soft touch overs. Just wondering what post op bra sizes to buy, its so confusing. Also when you have the uplift do they re size your nipples and make them smaller or can you request it?

Hi, when i had my uplift they resized my nipples and made them a much better shape than they were also i had implants before my uplift and was a d cup and had 350 overs and am now an e cup, i think you lose a bit of size with an uplift though! xx
