I’m going for overs, some surgeons offer over and unders depends on your built tissue rib structure ect xx

hi i had rounds under the muscle 12 years ago and they looked really fake on me. i was totally flat and had no breast tissue at all. i had them done again last year, i went for teardrops (400 unders) and they look much more natural on me. ive read alot of negative things about teardrops and most surgeons wont even use them. dont be put off just do your research and decide whats right for you. apparently you cant get a cleavage with teardrops but i can barely get a finger between my boobs! it all depends on what you have to start out with and breast tissue etc, everyones different. im having mine redone in may as ive one bigger than the other and im going a bit bigger. cant wait….x ps add me if you like
