    hi girls,

after reading many discussions i have become totally confused in the size i want, do i go for 380cc or 410cc both were the option Dr Traynor gave me, i am looking to be a dd cup after,

    my stats are:
    5″6
    size 12
    34 b/c

The only thing is i dont want to look massive and want them to look as natural as possible, Dr Traynor advised me i could have overs due to having 2 children and my boobs having extra skin as they have deflated from breast feeding.

If i go for the 410cc over are they going to be very visible or should i stick to the 380cc over and will this give me a dd??

    confused confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any comment will be very welcome please, i have 3 weeks to decide and if i do go for the larger will it cost more? xx

    :confused::confused::confused:

Hi, i had my ba a week today. I had 460 overs. I am only quite slim, 6st 12lb, size 6, 5ft, empty 30a from breast feeding. He offered me a 410 or a 460 and i chose the 460. I wanted to be a DD/E. I am still slightly swollen but ive been meassured at m&s as a 30f!
I have had terrible terrible pain in my right one. Ive been back to see mr Adamo my surgeon, and he told me that because i had such a large implant for my size, he said that the implant sits close to my armpit and is therefore touching a nerve! Appartently your nerves run up the sides of your boobs from your armpit to your nipples. The pain is horrendous.
I have also had really bad back ache. I know i will need to get used to them. But ive learnt that bigger is not always better! i thought id never say that. lol. x x

Lucy, really sorry to hear you’re so uncomfortable honey, if you had to make your decision all over again would you still choose the 460’s or opt for a smaller implant?
I’m very similar stats to you 5ft, 7st 10lb size 6-8 and also deciding between 410 & 460 (sorry to repeat myself, I know we’ve chatted before lol)

If i hadnt had this much pain, id of said no, i love the shape, i love the size. Im not disappointed in anyway. Its just had i not of gone as big this would not of happened. And my back by the end of the day is breaking. I do have to young children, and am always on my feet, so i just dont think that helps. My Aunty has had 410, and we got them out and compared (lol) and there is nothing in it really once they are in, so i really wouldnt stress.
What i will say is… my mom and my aunty both got divorsed last year and both got them done together to cheer themselves up, lol. My mom opted to have them a bit smaller and had 380’s and my aunty had 410’s. My aunty pushed for the biggest they could poss get in. They had their done in dec, so are now 9 months on. Out of the 2 of them my mom is most pleased. My moms because she left that extra bit of room are really soft and have dropped slightly so they dont look stuck on. My auntys are pulled tight, still quite hard, very firm. Her skin is almost shiney from being stretched to its limits. She also gets alot of itching still, from the skin being pulled so tight.
I prob will be the same. So i think there alot to consider, and dont think going for the biggest you can get in is necessarily the best. x x x x x

    Hiya Lucyloo,
Sorry to hear you have been uncomfortable,
I think everybody experiences different sorts of discomfort after a BA. I had 700ccs and I am a very small frame and was only in real discomfort the first week . I have a lively 22month old baby who I had to run around after also. I’ve not seemed to experience any backache with the 700ccs and I am on my feet a lot of the day ( but its different for each individual). My skin at first with the 700ccs was fairly tight but this loosed after a few weeks …it was the same when I had my 340ccs they were really hard and tight (they softened later). Mine now fill under my arms more and are near my armpit a bit more but I’ve not experience any pain there (maybe 2nd time round my body was a bit more use to an implant??). The only difficulty I find at the moment is after a nights sleep …when i wake up my boobs ache no matter what way I sleep…they never did with the 340ccs may be this is because my boobs are bigger now? Oh and also sunbathing on my front…nightmare…
Hope you feel better soon xxx

KellyW I’d go for the 410cc ….you’ll get sooo use to your new boobies…all the best with your BA

I am just over a week post op, had the 410 overs and i’m 5’1″, 8 and a half stone and size 8. I’ve just been measured at a 32E but they really don’t look huge. I actually can’t believe how natural they look already 🙂
