Confused! Unders or duel plane

I’m soo confused right now and I may just be being very stupid…

But when I went for my consultation the surgeon said under the muscle, but I have just remembered him describing what he will do in the procedure and he said something about splitting the muscle and the muscle will only cover half of the implant and the bottom of my boob will be free. So does this mean I’m having dual plane or I’m having unders? Or is dual plane a form of unders?

Dual plane is ‘unders’ but not completely like if you have had a mastectomy, that’s the only time I believe that it’s completely under the muscle x
