Hi girlios!! 🙂 Sports bra talk… again (sorry)
I had bought a 36gg shock absorber, which is tight on my band and boobs (swelling)
the nurse said its too tight and i ought to get a bigger one to stop some of the discomfort im getting,
so just bought another 2 in a 40e… they didnt have a 38 band in a big cup size so thought upping my band more as nurse advised me, to get a few sizes bigger as my implants being large
it was digging into my incisions, and theyre ‘vunerable’ so have fresh dressings on them now for another week, and i feel more comfortable! yay!!! finally hehe
i didnt think itd be this stressful to find sports bras that i dont cry over from them digging into me haha..

I went onto sister sizes online and a 40e is a sister size of 40e, 38f, 36ff, 34g, 32gg … the 40e is find on the cups and nice on the band,
where as 36gg is a sister size of 38g, 36gg. 34h, 32hh, but yet the 36gg was too tight so maybe a 40ff or 38g would have been better? – confusing!!

so think i guess i could end up a f,ff, or g! im just trying to get an insight on the size ill approximately end up 🙂 i know i will change loads but howww impatient am i its so hard haha. ill upload my new sexy sports bra, its pink!! also my boyfriend was such a gent walking around the shops holding my handbag 🙂 hehehe awww true gent that is ladies hehe xxx

Hope you don’t mind the add.
Don’t you think it would be a whole lot easier if Mya made there own post surgery bras and fitted us up after op.
It’s so difficult predicting what size to get when your pre op and depending on what size cc you get depends on what level of support you need.
Like your nurse says the band is too tight and causing incision discomfort but too loose and your implants aren’t supported.
If Mya made there own I would have gladly paid £50 each .
Hope your new one fits and eases the pain x

I thought we were already friends on here @amy03 🙂

@mush my shock absorber is a 36gg (im naturally a 34/36 but like i say its like cutting off my circulation
because of swelling, the fit is ok on the band but i suppose its not right as its making my insicions making them sore,..

ill wear that & my macom when my swelling totally goes, at the min i have a high support one from tesco
in 40e.. which is a huge band but it fits ok, i suppose every shop is different, id never be a 40 band in a bra,
but its a lighter material than the shock absorber, they are sitting nice in this one though,
im just not sure though, couldnt get measured for sports bra 🙁

i need to find somewhere in between to be on the safe side with having maximum support, with them being 800cc
i wouldnt mind the same shock absorber in maybe a 40e but cant find one,
saying that, i feel comfortable in this new 40e one, and im sure if it feels comfortable its ok isnt it?
i wish mya did do that too!especially the measuring bit, as they have the knowledge of breats augmentations lol xxx

Ide go up in back to 38 and drop down a cup so that will take to 38 G as the 36 back sounds like it’s small as the bands are meAnt to sit well low this y I tell girls they need to be fitted up for these shock ab pop n debhams and get fitted up and try few on x
