confusion when measuring myself!

OK so I just tried one of these online measure calculator things to c what size I am and I’m getting 32B!!!! Surely this is not right lol

which one you using?

Hahaha don’t do it to yourself online babe. I did and about cried. I got 34b and 32c . Go to a proper shop, I was a 32E in m&s … Big difference xx

It was Victoria Street I tried @amy03…I dunno maybe I was doin it wrong but definetly think I’m bigger than a 32b lol God I am anyway lol xx

ITS COS AT VS THEY TAKE YOUR BACK SIZE ASS LIKE 4 INS THE COMPARE YOUR NEW BACK SIZE TO THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR CUP
EXAMPLE IF YOU MEASURE A 28 BACK AND 34 ROUND THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR BREAST
THEY WOULD TAKE THAT AS A 32 B ADDING 4 INS TO YOUR BACK AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 32 AND 34 IS 2 INCHES HENCE 32 B
THE MODERN WAY TO DO IT IS TO TAKE YOUR UNDER BUST MEASUREMENT AS YOUR BACK THEN WORK OUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THAT AND YOUR CUP
SO THEREFORE YOUD BE A 28 E 30DD OR 32 D USING MY EXAMPLE
HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE

I used booby doo at 2 weeks post op meadure at 32f so I took into account I still had swelling and expected to loose a cup size. So at 5/6 weeks I got fitted at Ann summers and I was 32e. So for me it was very accurate.
Please remember there’s a difference from being measured and fitted.
Measured is a universal way.
When you go to a store they general fit you as it they make your try on various sizes till the bra fits you correctly.
There fore exspect to have different sizes from different stores.
I am generally a 32e but in Ann summers a balconette bra is fine in that size but a plunge I am a 32f as the e I literally fall out because of the cut of the cup.
It’s all trial and error and many of us pre op don’t wear the correct size and wear it how it should be worn.x
Best thing to do us wait till 6weeks get the all clear and spend a day bra shopping x

@kellyp030184 hmmmm I kind of get it lol looking at me would u say that’s about the right size for me then cos I was hoping they were bigger…tried on 32dd bras n they seem to fit :-/ x

You look an e/f you might even measure bigger your def bigger than a dd
I am in a 36d sports bra which is equivalent to a 32 e and yours are much bigger than mine
I only had 375 x

@kellyp030184 I don’t think they’ll b bigger than a dd but bonus if they r. Just can’t wait to wear nice bras now instead of living in these sports bras lol altho they r soooo comfy lol x

@kellyp030184 @amy03 just tried it on bloody doo and got 30f so that’s the same as 32e isn’t it? Excited for 6 weeks now 🙂 im pretty sure that will b my size as there is no swelling or anything now 🙂 xx

@kellyp030184 I had 550 but I was pretty much flat chested before it hun. Was a 32a or 32aa before it then had 300cc moderate unders back in 2007 n that took me to a small c cup then this time had the 550cc high profile unders so am thinkin an E cup sounds about right. I don’t think they look that big they do they xx

@kitty I think they look bigger than mine and I am a 32e. But you look a lot slimmer than me x

Don’t do it your self there is lot more to it than meets the eye go in fitted up chick you can’t go wrong but stay say away VS as they are not uk sizing chick xx

@amy03 just had a look at ur pics n I think urs look much bigger than mine hun. I’ve been havin an off day today where I’m feelin down again bout them n wish they were bigger. I just feel in clothes they don’t look that big at all and cos I was wearing such heavy padded bras before the ba I feel they looked bigger then and feel gutted that am prob gonna have to buy lots of padded bras again just to get the look I want 🙁 xx

It makes a diffrence in normal bras but takes a lot of getting use to xx

@mush78 Aw i Hope am happy with them cos it’s such a lot of money n I feel like I want them done again :-/ I don’t want them like huge huge but I want them to look a decent size in clothes without heavily padded bras xx

Not the best but you need to reset your mind now and think they are the best Breast ever becouse if u don’t this greed will kick in big time and make you u unhappy and that’s wots you don’t need love them for now and think in few years times you wanna going bigger then just cross the bridge xx

KITTY defo a large Ecup or more than sure you will be an F cup as back is small chick so you will go up n cup sizes x rules of a bra fitter the smaller the back bigger the cup you will go bigger the back you come down n cup sizes x

@mush78 Aw thank hun that makes me feel better. I’ve just took a photo of me today in a top with no bra n I like them, I’ll attach s photo. It’s just in clothes and sports bra they seems so small but ur right I just need to get used to them and love them lol

I measured myself following the online calculator thing and it told me I was a 34F! Yet I’m wearing a 34DD bras and 34E sports bras. Everytime I’ve been to get measured professionally the places are always rammed and big queues for the fitting rooms. It’s a nightmare! xo
