consulation yesterday

Hi ladies I went for a consulation yesterday with the coordinator at Manchester for an uplift and enlargement. She said that I would be looking at £££ pound for this! I thought this was steep with people I have spoken to on here paid no where near that much! Is this right or will the surgeon tell me exactly when I see him? Xx
