consultation over still not received finance application link?

Help, I’ve been to my consultat ion today and they lady said she would email the link to finance form and send me her number? She said she would so it whilst I was there… still nothing and my appointment was at 2pm??

You will probably have to email her or text her a couple of times to remind her. I’ve had to do the same when I’ve needed things from my PC x

@Heather definitely keep checking your junk folder like @Nicold said and also email your PC too. I had an issue with my patient care plan not coming through, in the end (after various emails) I asked her to send it through to an alternate email address and that worked.

Sometimes the PCs lose track because of the amount of people they are seeing just keep trying 🙂

Haha I’m the same if my PC doesn’t email back after like 2 minutes I stress out lol. I think everyone is the same on here x
