Consultation this afternoon! Advice?

I have my consultation this afternoon in Nottingham. Any advice or things I should know? I have no idea what kind of boobs I am after and what procedure I want.
I am 36b but very tuberous. Not sure whether I will have uplift/ enlargement or both.
Very nervous about having to show my breasts. Only ever showed a GP when enquiring about NHS surgery. He didn’t give me much confidence.

It depends how tuberous you are some ladies can get away with simply having over the muscle implants this means that they can use a big enough implant to spread and raise your skin without going under your muscle. This depends on how much tissue you have already.
However some ladies; like myself unfortunately need a nipple lift as I only have a little frame so they couldn’t put big enough implants to solve the problem of being tuberous. Also all of my breast tissue is at the bottom pole of my breast. I’m also asymmetrical.. Try stay positive and just choose to see a surgeon that you think you’ll feel most happy and comfortable with. Alot of ladies tend to choose to have implants aswell as an uplift to gain the desired effect of being fuller nicer shape. I hope this helps. X

Yes! Laura was really lovely. I went back a few hours later to meet Dr Kazzizi. After two hours of waiting because he was stuck in traffic he spent two minutes poking and shaking his head and pulling faces. I have never felt so humiliated.
He advised me to go to see Dr Schiavone, who is more qualified and experience with reconstructions. He thinks I will need a nipple lift and reduction as well as enlargement. I wish it wasn’t more expensive. I am going to struggle with costs as it is. It upsets me that girls who just want a bigger size can do it a lot easier and cheaper. Being deformed and odd is a punishment enough!
One week until my next one. I hope I get a better reception from Dr Schiavone.

Oh no- well I hope that doesn’t put you off! I saw Dr S but I wasn’t sure about him as I wasn’t sure if I needed an uplift as well as implants but he recommended just implants. He’s nice but a bit quiet. I was going to see mr K tonight for a 2nd opinion but I researched Dr S & decided that he would be the one to go with and from what you said it sounds like I made the right decision! Google Dr S- he has a website & there are some before & after pics. Xxx

Oh Sally that’s really sad that you felt humiliated, I had a bad experience too the first surgeon I saw the whole experience upset me too but my PC was lovely and arranged for me to see another surgeon, and he was totally amazing!! You’re allowed to go and see as many different surgeons as you like Hun and they’re always free consultations so don’t be disheartened!! Also totally relate to you with the whole simply bigger is cheaper & easier thing and it not being fair as I have really bad asymmetry (but I won’t on Sunday woopeee) so don’t worry hun all is girls on here are here for u it’s a wonderful forum x
