I’ve wanted a boob job for a few years and currently I’ve saved about £3k for it, and planned for it being £5k.
I have my consultation in the morning and I’ve seen lots about discounts for late spaces and paying upfront etc. How does that work? I’d like to get my op at the start of September when I can have time off work, and I will be able to pay the full cost of the operation by the end of July.

Should I have the consultation to find out more about the procedure then wait til August to ring up and book a date then pay the full cost upfront?
Or is it better if I just pay a deposit now and book a date for September? I can have it done any day as I’m self-employed so I can have time off when I want.
I’ve seen ladies on here posting about getting some pretty big discounts and this is a huge amount to me so I’d be gutted if I spent more than I have to. The pricing structure is very mysterious, it would be nice if they clearly explained how they calculate the price.

Also is there anything specific I should ask in the consultation or will everything be explained to me?

I should add, I’m currently a 32C but quite a small one and my boobs are quite saggy 🙁 I’m only 20 as well. I’m hoping to go up a few cup sizes, a girl I follow on instagram went from 32C to 32E which sounds huge but they look in proportion to her. I’d like a similar type of result.

Also I have a friend who had implants, think she had a botched job though as her boobs are a bit uneven and when she leans forward so her boobs hang down the bottom of the implant is quite visible and can be felt. Is that normal?

Hi Hannah, my best advice to you from my own experience would be to have at least a couple consultations with different surgeons before you book your op. Surgeons all work different so you want to find one that will give you what you want and who you feel most comfortable with.

    Good luck x

And also wrote down your questions so you don’t forget to ask anything you want to know ?

Thank you, I’m going to be meeting Dr Traynor soon. There’s also Dr Gaiannitrapni if I don’t feel Dr Traynor is right for me, I’ll research both of them as well.

The only thing is that they quoted me £4995 as the standard price for a day case at Preston, I mentioned that I’ll be paying cash upfront which other people have got discounts for doing, but it wasn’t mentioned.
For some reason the secretive nature of the pricing structure is putting me off, this is a huge financial decision for me and I don’t like how it’s not clear. I’ve got plenty of time to think about it though.

Although the most important thing is getting a result which I’m happy with I suppose.

Hi , I paid cash upfront and asked the pic at the time as I thought it would be cheaper (paid 4995) but she said its only cheaper if you get a late space . My friend had a law space and she got 500 off . I should say I will be a day case too. Hope that helps x
