Consultation went well but…

Well had my consultation with dr traynor today,I had already seen mr schiavone previously who had advised anatomical moderate full i were going to go either 420cc or 470cc.as I’d never heard about the teardrops I wanted a second opinion mr traynor has today advised 380cc,400cc,420cc,480cc and think the biggest was 520cc overs,he said because itl be done over muscle won’t be any chance of double bubble (phew) but I am at risk of rippling 🙁 is rippling really noticeable girls not seen any pics before.also has anybody gone from a empty a and had 520cc overs ? If so would u mind if I added u.also anybody tried the rice test? Sorry for rambling on xxx

Think you have seen mine hun they were pretty empty look bigger than an a on my pre op pic bt they wer flat and only had small amount of tissue in bottom. Put on 3 stone wen pregnant lost it too fast after i had my baby and my boobs went from a saggy dd/e to the A so i was petrified id need some sort of lift but cz they shrank even more hardly owt ther bt wrinkly skin and nipples lol! 525 has filled them right out . I had overs xxxxx

Ps like an idiot went on a diet with intentions of losing weight before ba when i dint need to and mr t said thers chance of rippling if too skinny so put on abit instead and started to tone up instead to hopefully reduce the chance of getting it sorry for waffling bt its awful wen u cnt stop thinkin about all the dif informationbxxxx

Hi Hun thanks for replying I don’t think I’m friends with u would u mind if I added u?i wear a very padded a but its too big as there just empty sounds the same as urs used to be,mr traynor said there not to saggy just deflated as used to be a dd before I lost 8st and had 3 kids.i thought I would need a lift aswell but glad I don’t.what size do u think ul be?mr traynor said that to me today that it would be a good idea to put a couple of lbs on lol never been told that before,did u get rippling in the end?well done on ur weight loss and happy healing chic xxx

are u not a candidate for unders with being an A cup? that way rippling is less obvious too because its under the muscle x

Yeah hun no problem , i had them done yesterday and im in a 38 e sports bra which is too tight so gna get an f tomoro. Im nt in pain but dwollen round my back and bloated which is why it feels tight i think. Think ill end up lookin a dd measuring maybe a bit more cz the tight feeling is easing off now . I havent seen any rippling maybe its too early to get that yet nt sure. Thanks hun xxxx

Well dr schiavone recomended unders but dr traynor doesn’t do unders so think that was maybe y,but think I’d rather have risk if bubbling than double bubble dont really want either to be fair but I suppose anything will be better than what I have xxx

Im 10 days post op and I had mr traynor in my opinion I would trust him 100% he does do unders but he only does them when he doesnt think theres enough breat tissue for overs.
I was a 34B and had 380cc I love mine already even though they are still swollon

I have overs and I am am quite thin… I can feel rippling in my cleavage and if my weight drops a bit its more noticeable to the touch but you cant see it. Most girls who have overs will have some rippling that can be felt where the natural breast tissue is at it thinest (at the sides of the implant) but it rare to see it unless you are very very thin or have zero breast tissue. The risks of complications is higher with unders as a general rule so lots of surgeons will try to avoid unders unless its totally neccessary.

Hi five stone down how u doing?mr traynor advised me to couple of pounds on if I really worried about rippling but not like anybody else is going to see apart from me and my husband.is it true its less painful/quicker healing with overs?also does mr t use drips/strapping sorry I forgot to ask xxx
