Contacting PC

How long does it usually take for your pc to get back to you? I emailed her a few days ago and haven’t heard anything and wondered if it usually took them a few days/weeks to reply?

just contact again or call/ text your branch could be on holiday but someone else will pick up

Thank you! I wasn’t sure if it was just because I was low priority as my surgery isn’t until October, I just had a few questions for her!
