Could this be the start of an infection ?

I am freaking out!! I am 6 weeks post op on Monday and I have noticed a little yellow dot that’s a bit red , it doesn’t hurt unless I touch it and it feels a bit sore compared to the rest of the scar . I don’t have my 6 week check up until the 9th of may so not sure what to do any advise help ladies ? Xxx
