Have a appointment on 14th feb to discuss plans for revision surgery and book date for surgery and seems like an eternity away.

Bit history: i had 435overs in aug last year, was empty 34c and now 34g but look dd-e
I have developed mild snoopy deformity.
    (Not with MYA)
Had to wait for 8weeks po appointment for surgeon to confirm i had problem and then had to wait months for hospital account managers etc to agree to revision free off charges etc
Luckily will only have to pay anaesthetist fee and rest is free.
£300 could have been ALOT worse
My options are uplift or larger implant as deformity very mild.
Feels like im back at early stages again of waiting on appointments and surgery dates etc making me quiet down in dumps as loved them initially

Hi Cathy, so sorry your needing revision but yes it’s great that nearly all of the cost is being covered, i think the awful thing about revision is the back to beginning feeling, when your building up to your first BA there are worries but it’s mainly excitement at the thoughts of changing something you don’t like about the skin your in and making that once negative into a future positive, with revision it’s a relief that somebody has agreed this is not right, this is not what you payed for this is not why you went through that recovery to get what you ended up with, it validates your dissapointment with your outcome but the optimism for the surgery is lower than it was first time round and theres a worry that it might not work out again but in life the best things are allways worth the wait, and it often takes a couple of attempts to get something right with the most important of things, i really hope once you get a confirmed surgery date the down in the dumps feeling leaves you and you can get some of that initial excitement back that you had first time round, at least the recovery is not completely unknown for you now and you will have a much better knowledge of what needs to be worried about during recovery and what is just part of each stage of the recovery, and this time you know all the little hints and tips that make recovery more comfortable, i hope you have the perfect outcome this time and love them even more than you did initialy with your first BA, good luck! xxx
