Counting the weeks

Hey ladies something I’m a little confused with here is counting how far post op I am :/ haha call me dopey but do you go day to day or from the date e.g. I had mine on Thursday 17th jan sooo am I 8 weeks post op last Thursday or 8 weeks post op yesterday-the 17th??! People are confusing me lol xx

You’ll be two months on the 17th, but count day to day for weeks xx
