Credit card charges and paper work

Hiya does anybody know how it All works? As this is the first I’ve heard of it all xx

I think its a 1% charge for using a credit card. I paid by card and that rings a bell, they emailed me my receipts. I didn’t really have any paper work for paying only for medical history and consent forms which they go over a few times – pc, nurse, surgeon. Is this what you were looking for babe? x
