Crying :-(

I can’t get rid of this wind and it’s made me cry I’m that fed up! My chest feels so tight!! Otherwise I don’t feel too bad xx

Have you tryed wind ease hun ? Mine feel really tight too not much pain and they are going softer as well … Hope you feeling better soon xx

If u can try and get some schweppes peppermint cordial.. drink a little without water.. that works xx

I’m going to try the charcoal tabs soon can’t taken them until 1hr after other meds as it can absorb them apaz.
Yer mine r feeling softer today. Mite try that wind ease, also can’t get the peppermint cordial until tomorrow 🙁 booo.

Haya Hun, I’ve been taking senokot and had a hot curry for tea last as hay presto all is relieved sorry if too much info lol give it a try if it don’t get any relief today, I’m still feeling very heavy and tight but the pain is a lot better and got all the movement back in my left arm just my right side that’s still abit sore xxxx

Oh dear I took the charcoal tabs with my anti biotic and ibuprofen this morning.. Xx

Still got it but not as bad! But still need it to go as I slept 3hrs.
Going to try peppermint, wind ease today. Will taken senna tonight and I may try the curry thanks nikki!

I can move more today, think I wud feel great if it wasn’t for this wind, as I get bored so easy I want to get up and go, but this is stopping me!!
