I went for my first consultation at the weekend and was told cui and inspira are the 2 different implants mya offer, im meeting my surgeon tonight so just wanted to check before what the big difference was between these 2? Which ones did you all choose and what was the main reason why you chose them?
Hey Hun
Cui are the cheaper implants out of the two but still just as good and does the job. I currently have the 365cc cui’s and I am 3years post op 🙂 I’m going for my re-op in 2days but this time I will be getting the natrelle inspiras in 560cc as I didn’t really research the first time round and Mya just gave me cui’s lol.
With the natrelles what I liked this time round whilst deciding; was they come with a lifetime guarantee so your always protected if something goes wrong. If you get the cui’s your only covered up to 3years and I think in general the inspira implants are generally better quality etc.
Have you booked a date yet Hun?
Alyssa x
Hey, not booked a date yet! Going to discuss this tonight! Do you know what is actually inside the implants? Is the stuff inside the same for cui and inspira? Yeah the life time thing is making me want the inspiras just makes you feel better doesnt it x
Cui have a higher rate of rippling ect I’m having naturals me personally would rather pay the little extra for better quality! If ur paying all this money u might as well get the best quality seen as u are putting foreign objects in ur body 🙂 if u get what I mean lol xx
Hey @Emma
Yeh it definitely makes you feel better 🙂
Yes its silicone that is in both of the implants, but your surgeon will explain that to you later and can go more in depth.
I’m terrible as I always forget to ask questions but if you do have any questions you need answering he & your pc is definitely the best people to ask & to put your mind at ease.
Good luck at your ap I hope it goes well 🙂

I’m going for Natrelle Soft Touch (is that the same as or different than the inspiras? – I thought they were different) xxx
alyssa how do you tag people? i know random question but im new to this haha, yeah im gonna ask the surgeon all my questions tonight!
Yeah i’ve heard a few people say about Natrelle Soft Touch and was wondering if they were the inspira ones! x
Hi I have read a lot of comments where people say the naturelles are better but more expensive can anyone tell me the price difference is it a lot more? I have my consultation with surgeon on Tuesday and if they are not too much more I want to go for naturelles? Xx thanks
Hey @Emma
That’s ok you put a @before the name 🙂
The natrelle inspira brand is the same; the soft touch is just another type of implant – it gets well confusing lol. You can get natrelle inspira responsives and natrelle inspira soft touch – they are both great and I suppose the choice on which of the two you get is up to you. I know natrelle have loads of different types of implants but I suppose your surgeon can guide you on what choice to make and also what projection to go for depending in what sort of look you want to achieve.

inspira are more expensive but well worth the quality and peace of mind xXx
Had the naturelles and did so as only like £500 more for extra layers on the implant a better implant and recommended by my surgeon i just felt for the extra money regardless of weather a massive difference or not it was worth it to me to have the better implant x
The Naturelles are thicker, therfore have less chance of ripples and rupture, they also are far softer and have a lifetime warrenty so should you need a re op in future you will only pay for the surgical costs and not the implants. They are a little more pricey but well worth the money. Hope that helps!
