Cup size

I got told by the nurse to go up a back size for my post op sports bra, but no one else seems to have done this!! Did you all go up just cup and not back? Im confused :(x

Yeah hun I’m a 32 and bought 34 back, no way in hell could I have squeezed into a 32 straight after my op and it would have been too tight and too uncomfortable and I’m 10 days post op with still some swelling at the sides so will probably wear this for the rest of my 5 weeks as no point buying more bras with a 32 xx

Hi hun I’m 30 back size and now 2 days post op wearing 32 back size sports bra! I was expecting to be a DD post op, but I bought a few size (1 front zip shock absorber 32DD, and shock absorber run sports bra size 32DD,32E and 34DD)for fitting to be sure. Now I’m keeping both the 32DD sports bras for changing. Hope this help! x x

Hey Jenny you got them I work at sports direct and few of SA sports bra come in today so I had look on line and they got Shock Absorber sports bra range now starting from £15 I’m 32G and will having re op with 590cc my shock absorber ultimate run bra is 36f and I know for a fact this will give out for my swelling and snap back to shape when the swelling has gone down my last op my SB run was 36dd and held my 32g with all the swelling so it all depends on how strong your sports is girls so try them on b4 u buy and bra fitters will help you x
