Currently 30g with 605cc, looking at going bigger

I had my ba done 4 years ago with dr Singh, he recommended I went bigger as I had always had large breast but lost my fullness, I now regret this and are looking at going bigger, anyone else done this ? Interested in hearing from girls with large implants or girls looking at going bigger. Who is the best surgeon for large implants ? Thinking of going to lad Vegas if no one in the uk ?
