Currently 34b/c will 360/390 unders be to big?

Hi i really need some advise as my surgery is only a few days way i am Currently 34b/c will 360/390 unders be to big? i have gone to 2 different surgeons who have both advised this size. Has anyone had similar ?does anyone have any photos?. I do have enough tissue for overs however i don’t want this incase i loose weigh which i often do.
Im am 5,4 and 9 stone.

Hey! What’s your BWD if you don’t mind me asking? I’m a 32/34 B with a 13cm bwd and hoping for 400/450 cc implants am I being too optimistic with the ccs? Hope your surgery goes well xx

Hi hun i just messaged you I’m a smaller bwd (check your private messages) so don’t worry look at this womans, she got 360cc and looks small still so i could even do 390cc and be ok just worried because she done over the muscle.
My surgeon said i can do under or over I’m really not sure what to choose.
