I am a deflated 36D with lots of tissue and volume loss mainly at upper pole. Slight ptosis but surgeon said nipple placement is still good and no lift is required.
However! I’m wondering if anyone would be willing to share before and afters that is a similar pre-op size as me.
Surgery is scheduled and planning per my doctors recommendation a 405-440 cc mod plus over, round silicone gel.
I am so nervous as I love the end result of most 400’s I’ve seen, but they are always an A cup to start with and I’m concerned that taking a big boob which I’ve got an adding a big implant is going to leave me with giant boobs or a highly augmented look. I don’t want to gain size, just fill up the empty skin I have. Id love to wind up a full D cup/DD cup.
But I also know that too small an implant in too much extra tissue can give the rock in sock look, especially with sub glandular.
Can anyone relate?
