Day 1 post op

Hey ladies had my op yesterday and honestly not as bad as I thought. Had little nausea after I came round but nurse gave me so e tablets and I was fine just sore chest. Came out of theatre around 7pm and wasn’t able to eat until after midnight. Loving my new boobies still have drains in but docs coming along soon to take them out. Helena is a fab surgeon. Can’t recommend her enough. Bit of a waiting time but I know that Helena is very precise and wants the girls to look their best. Feel free to add I will upload daily pics. Home at 10. Can’t wait xx

Yea it’s been ok so far I’ve had little pain when moving but been good. X will load more pics later

I had mine done on the 12th aswell Sarah 🙂 how are you feeling now? My pain isn’t bad at all, I’m just getting bored not being able to do things! Best thing I ever did, wish I’d done it sooner! Happy healing 😀 xx

Yes not too bad thanks Sarah, can’t wait to get the strapping off and actually see them though! finding the dressings horribly itchy aswell :/. I’ve been really tired and sleepy but pain wise it’s not too bad at all. Day3 and I’m still smiling 😉 I’m seeing the nurse on Tuesday & I’m pretty excited! Hope you’re doing okay! X

Hi Mary did u find it a bit painful when walking? Went to shops yesterday and throbbed a bit. I’m really surprised that they aren’t as painful as I thought. I’ve got my dressing coming off tue too can’t wait. :)))) x

Yeah but more uncomfortable than painful. I’ve been going for a little walk each day to try and get some gentle exercise.
Went into town on Saturday and wore boots with heels – a combination of that and an uneven pavement I was sort of tiptoeing by the end as I was pretty sore! Dressings came off yesterday, woo 😀 How did you get on? I’m so pleased with them, I know they need to settle but so far so good 😀 and I can do most normal things now except lifting really heavy things but that’s what hubby’s are for, right 😉 I keepl looking in he mirror at them it’s awesome lol.. And omg!! I can shower now!! Xxx
