Day 1 post op

Slept rubbish but I think that was more to do with trying to sleep sat up if I’m honest xstiff this morning under my arms and front of chest but not too bad pain wise x just started my antibiotics and had some painkillers xx taking it easy that’s all I can do for now x think I’m going to be very bored x

Yep its totally normal to be stiff and tight, i had to get my daughter to pull me out of bed most mornings. Take it easy its the best road to recovery.

I will do pain not too bad though must admit better than I expected xx
