Day 1 post op BA

What do people actually do in the first few days?! Im still in bed as still quite sleepy but don’t know if it’s better to get up get dressed etc? ! Don’t want to be too lazy!! I am quite sore today though so far! Xx

I got up n mooched about a bit lol as hate doing nothing lol. But u just get tired soo easy. So just make most of it and relax till u feel ready xx

How long did everyone take off work – could I go back to work on like day3?

I’d say to have a full working week off myself! I’m having 2weeks off as I work in retail and do a lot of moving the floor fixtures and clothes etc so needed more time. .sure doubt the nurses would prefer to see you at the one week check before opening going back to work!
