day 2 post op, tight heavy chest

had my op on monday, so day 2 today not too much pain but am taking painkillers still as chest does feel very tender, tight and heavy. i am resting so every time i get up i feel how tender it is. wish i could see them but bandages completely cover them up. have put couple new pics up.

I found first 3 days the worst. After that they got better and better every day. 1 week po yesterday and I was mucking out horses this morning with no pain or discomfort at all.
Listen to your body…if it hurts, dont do it.

thanks kylie. my left one almost feels like its burning a bit! but I’ve heard people say they either feel hot or cold, and normally one is more sore than the other! x

had my op yesterday a little blood has leeked but dont hurt have you bled atall x

no blood that i can see but I’m fully bandaged…

I thought day 2 and 3 was the worst, its normal how your feeling hun just take it easy x

Hi Kerry , I’m the same. I had mine done on Monday and I deelnlike you. It even feels difficult to take s deep breath every now and then. Hope your ok. Keep resting x

i just feel stiff and hurts when i move but cant sit down for long im so unpatient.hope your healing well just want the next couple of months to hurry now x x
