Day 3 :)

Hi all,

I’ve heard a lot on here about the dreaded day 3 and how it is the worst, I’ve actually found it to be fine. I only had discomfort 1 day post op. I get the odd twinge and sting every now and again but I am pleasantly surprised at how well my recovery is going. No one is happier than my boyfriend though, he was preparing for tears every day. I’d read online that overs aren’t as painful and have quicker recovery time but this has beat my expectations completely.

The only major pain I am having is in my hand where the canular was, has anyone else had this? It hurts more than any of the discomfort I’ve had with my boobs.

Pleased to hear your recovering well.
I too was dreading today but I feel fine. I’ve not had to take any pain killers and am surprised at how much I can do!
Let’s hope it stays like this until we are fully recovered xx

Same here with the pain killers. I think I’m at a stage now where I can just take two before bed and that’s it really. The anti-biotics are making me feel a little ill at times but just have to push through it.

Oooh your so lucky! I swear I cried for 3 days straight! Lol I didn’t move from my bed apart from to use the loo and even then my husband had to practically carry me there! Lol happy healing Hun! Xx
