Day 3 po

Feeling so much better not iv come off the co codomol, on paracetamols but not in much pain at all they just feel a little achy . Boyfriends taking the boys to the the park which isn’t far from where we live so I’m going to ha e a little walk , theirs plenty of benches there if I need to sit . Still feeling a little too heavy when I am standing but not used to having anything there haha x

I feel so much better to day as well Hun I’ve only had ibru at 8.30am not had any painkillers since and been for a walk to the shops too just can’t wait to have a proper shower and wash my hair xx

I know iv had to dry shampoo my hair today I had an appointment to get s wash and dry on Monday and having my nails done on Tuesday can’t wait could do with a bit of pampering haha . I had ibuprofen last night as got a bit uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep cause of it . Iv had 2 paracetamols this morning at around 9 ish but I also don’t feel like I need to take any more yet .this will be my first little walk since Wednesday apart from walking round the garden ect x

Think I might book in the hair dressers myself but might try to stretch it out til Tuesday got my post ap appointment on weds and don’t fancy getting about Manchester with this head haha happy healing Hun xx

Ah ok I’m back in Leeds clinic on Tuesday .my hair literally needs washing like every other day x
