Day 4 advice needed please

Hi girls
Just need reassurance I am day 4 post uplift and ba unders and today I have a bit of a stabbing pain on the outside bit of my breasts and I also feel a bit like iv got a muscle cramp in them? They also feel tingly is this all normal ?
Iv swapped my bra to a very high impact and that has helped a bit

Hiya Kris Sounds very normal, I felt like I had a hot prod on one area for the first week. The tingly feeling is prob your nerve endings coming together. If you’ve any real worries you can always call your nurse, they can always put your mind at ease. I think we’ve got quite a few more weeks of weird feelings to go yet 8-{ xx

I am 4weeks post op tomorrow from an uplift with unders!

Tingling is a good sign its nerve endings healing, stabbing pains and muscle cramps are also completely normal and nothing to worry about! Stay dosed up on your tablets and plenty of rest! It will all ease in the next few days babe! xx

Thanks ladies iv been getting myself worried I’m pleased its all normal. My mum took me out today and after an hour I felt sick and fuzzy was just too much too soon I think.

Yeah that sounds like you may have overdone it then, as your still on the tablets they can make you feel a bit odd too. Try and take it easy, which is rich coming from me considering I can’t keep still and daily over do it!! xx
