I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN.
Just two days ago I was saying how great I was feeling… Today my incisions are KILLING me. Like, constantly twinging, and I have this dull ache almost in my rib cage? Like behind my boobs… I’m scared I’ve done something to hurt them.
Is this normal or have I been trying to do too much? I’m so afraid that I might have opened up my incisions or something 🙁 xxx

I had a day like that on Friday… I but my pain is based around the strapping being really tight and my boob that I had to have the second op on! Im sure its all normal but you have your nurse appointment tomorrow! Wish you better xx
Hopefully it’s not that Hun and it’s just part of the healing process. Pic remember feeling some aches near the incision area but when the strapping came off they were fine so I think the strapping being too tight sometimes adds to it. I had small bruising actually just under my left breast so that’s what was making me think my left incision was hurting. It might be the same with you too Hun. I can defo relate to the rib cage aches as well I get them on a rare occasion even at 8 weeks post op…don’t know the explanation behind it though…is it because the implants are settling in :-s lol not sure..but don’t worry so much hun you’re fine. Just wait until strapping comes off.
