hey!! I’m having my strapping off on Friday, very nervous as I think it will hurt, is there anything you would recommend me doing to make it less painful?
thanks
Hi Sophie, I took a couple of pain killers in the car before. I also helped the nurse by holding my skin down so it was tight not to pull too much…but i think in the end there’s not much we can do! Wasn’t awful just not great, mine was kinda red and raised after. Have some sensitive moisturiser at home to rub on, i used a bit of sudocream to calm it down xx
Hi Christina they look great! Do you have a before picture ? Just because I am looking into having an uplift with no implant as I am happy with my size (they are a similar size to yours) but mine are quite tubular at the moment. Which surgeon did yours ? X
Thank you Christina how are you getting on ? I’ve been wondering what the recovery is like when just having an uplift compared to implants x
3 weeks post op. Also had a mini tt hence the tummy scar. Honestly the lift for me was pretty easy recovery wise. The stomach was way worse. Really not much to complain about! The strapping and ripping of the skin was the most painful, stiches out wasn’t too bad. 3 weeks now I’ve got a few scabs falling off and ive had a few infection scares so on antibiotics but not too worried.
For me i didn’t want to go bigger just a better shape and size hence no implants (yet haha). But it depends if your surgeon can get what you want with what you’ve got. My surgeon said i had perfect breasts to lift and if i didn’t want to go bigger not to get an implant as it would add unnecessary risks.
Thanks for all the info. I’m the same as you, happy with my size just want them to be nice and pert I’m booking a consultation in with a surgeon soon so I can get clarification on whether an uplift on its own will be fine for me or if he suggests an implant too xx
