Day to day activities

Hey gals, had a random thought this morning. How long did it take before you were able to apply make up? Also, what about brushing your teeth; was that a difficult task?

I was able to brush my teeth the next day, however I had to bend down to my arms as opposed to reach them up!
I didn’t even think about make up until a week post op, by then I could move my arms a bit more xxx

I had unders and honestly couldn’t do anything for 3 days at least. My mum was pulling up my pants after a wee and I had to fill a glass of water for my teeth because I couldn’t bend over the sink. Even spitting the toothpaste out hurt! Definitely make sure you have someone with you the first few days

Thanks girls. The first few days sound awful!! I’m having unders in 2 weeks and I can honestly say I’m very scared about the first few days!! Luckily I’ll have my boyf bit it doesn’t sound pleasant at all ???????? xx

It’s not great but it’s so worth it and you forget all about the pain once its over! Really great that you have your boyfriend though. Its definitely best to prepare for the worst and then you might end up being fine! Everyone is different
