Declined uplift

Does anyone have photos to show where they’ve had just implants instead of a mastopexy with implants? I’m torn between needing an uplift or not and would love to see some peoples photos. Thanks x

I’m interested to see any pics regarding this. I’m only small but have been advised I might need an uplift , just so expensive
