    I don’t get why MYA and their PC’s are just sooooooo happy to ring you and text
    You constantly before your op, soon as you pay in full BAM ,
    No contact. Would love to know why their customer service is crap when you have just gave them 4 grand. On the day of my op I was supposed to be getting 415 & 485 cc implants and I had text my pc 3 times making sure to which she replied yes. Then just as I’m about to go down I get told she ordered 410 & 460 so had to have them, wasn’t so bothered at the time as its only 20 gram diff really. Then since my op I have text my PC 6 times and she’s ignored me. Just don’t get it, still need to rearrange my 6 week check ( now 8 weeks ) but not interested. I actually want to screenshot all the texts she’s ignored to show what some Mya Pc’s are like once their commission is pocketed.
    Definately not going back with Mya for a second op,
    Which is a shame because I’d of loved mr Mounir again. Sorry for the rant girls just needed it off my chest after 8 weeks!!!

    Call Mya and they will put you through to your PC hun, tbf i’m not MYAs biggest fan, but i feel like all companies are like this, i am going with the hospital group and my PC never answers her phone! xx

    Mine won’t even phone me back i left her loads of msg’s it doesn’t look good what if i had my op and it went wrong and they would’nt answer the phone, and i haven’t payed yet and she hasn’t even booked me in for my Pre op yet i’ve got 3 weeks to go

    I’d rather change PCs Hun but what’s the point I’m 8 weeks post op when I needed them the most she wasn’t bothered. Think they just need to find people who are good at customer service x

    I will try but i live in the sticks and I only think there’s one in my area when she was away had another won and she was really good and she even said that jess my normal pc wasn’t doing her job as she should , it pisses me off all these people out of work and you’ve got these half day harry’s that cant do there job properly

    I must have a nice PC because im only 3 days post op and she has text me this morning asking how I am feeling? I think it all depends on the person not the company. If they take their job seriously they will understand what you have been through, its not just like going to the shops and buying a pair of shoes, you will need support for months after your op.xx

    It’s such a shame that some of the PC’s don’t seem to be keeping up with customer expectations. My PC has been brilliant, phoned me a couple of days before my op and the day after too. I send her emails quite regularly to ask different things and she always responds the same day. I haven’t ever text mine as I often can’t explain everything I want in a text lol! Do you know who the clinic manager is where you are? Maybe try emailing them and explains that you’re really not happy with the level of service and customer care you’ve received? Always worth a try? Hope you manage to get it sorted xx

    I think some people do get unlucky with theirs pc’s mines been great iv txt her so much after my op and she always gets back to me asap find out if you can change pc’s and explain to them whats gone on hun especially if you want the same surgeon x

    Yeh I know girls it is a joke!! I know there’s a really good PC at te same clinic who is a little older ie heard nothing but good things about her when do you see your PC after 6 weeks

    5stonedown, i did the same if you have a problem or question you speak to the director or surgeon! I have had several lengthily conversations over the phone with the lady that runs transpire and she is absolutely fab, so caring and always here! I found MYA staff rude from the start when I had to cancel my appointment and they got very shitty when I wasn’t interested in re booking just yet. I felt they were just all for the money. So pleased I didn’t book with them! Xxx

    Aww I’m sorry to hear of your troubles 🙁 I love my PC (Louisa at Leeds) She’s amazing! Always answers her phone or calls me back right away and she’s so friendly and polite. Will be gutted when its all over and I don’t have to see her anymore! xxx

    Part of the “package” you pay for is after care… and if they aren’t providing you with that (which includes regular contact when required) then they are not fulfilling their supply of services duty and so could be liable in damages. If you can’t get anywhere with them then shake that in their face and write a very wordy letter to H/O and you’ll be sure to get what you need and some compensation! xxx

    I only met my PC once! Every other time I’ve been to the clinic she has not been there. I agree, they are in constant contact in regards to payment but as soon as thats sorted they dont seem to care! Its a shame because the hospital, surgen and whole procedure has been great, but MYA just seem to let the side down when it comes to customer service! X

    Ive had no problems with MYA or my PC… she stated she would ring me after my op the day after to give me a little recover before she rang of which she did…she then enquiried when my next visit to Fenchurch Clinic was to have the splint taken off. I told her and she said she wanted to make sure she was going to be there as she wanted to see the reveal/result. Ive extrememly pleased with my PC , my surgeon and everything the MYA has offered. Im so sorry that your not happy, but to be honest if I was being treated like that…. and being the sort of person I am ~ and the fact that Im not that far away from the offices…. I would just turn up on the premises and demend to see someone…its a little confrontation, but you’ll be amazed what result you get. Luckily for them my whole journey has been great. I would turn up at the clinic to see someone, even if its not your PC…. gets answers, don’t get fobbed off!!! Good luck x

    Mine (Leah at Leeds) has been good too, slightly less attentive post op, but still gets back to me. Rang me on op day and 2 days later. I would complain to head office if you are not happy with anything!

    Hundred percent would phone the head office and tell them becuse its a shame that you cant get the surgeon that you liked because of the PC not doing her job properly! My PC Amy @ Newcastle has been absolutley fantastic im so so happy i had her. I also had Mr Mounir and im over the moon with my results so much just be that particular girl. x

    Feel the same my pc is Terrible nice and smiles until I paid now useless 6 weeks post op paid for op in jan in full and haven’t heard from her at all even after me calling her in tears about how unhappy and odd my result is she was very uncaring and I would go as far to say as unprofessional she pissed off on holiday leaving me in the dark with no one to talk to. I am writing a letter of complaint as have had enough of her she has really got in my last nerve if it was a normal person on the street I think I would of opened a can of kick arse on her xx
