I’m 8 weeks post op, had 325/300cc under the muscle and they have dropped in the last week. I’m absolutely devastated, they are TINY. I got them measured at 6 weeks before the dropped when they were still swollen and I was measured a 32C. I must be a B now. I feel smaller than what most people start with:(

Does anyone know it a free revision is possible from being so depressed about size? I feel like all my money is wasted

I’m not sure hun..I just had consultation a few weeks ago & I’m sure they said they dont do revision for being unhappy with size. But I might be wrong? Did you ask for this size or did you want bigger & they couldn’t fit them in? Did you get it in writing anywhere what size they said you would end up as? Perhaps contact your patient co ordinater hun. Xxxxxxxx keep us posted. Xxxx

I originally told my patient coordinator I wanted 350 but she said it was up the surgeon to choose and he said 300/325cc was the biggest I could go for. Not just what I have in writing I’ll have to checkm Just dont understand why they look so small, other girls get up to a E cup with 325. Ugh i just feel so deflated about the whole situation. Xxxx

    Hey Lauren Jones

I’m so sorry to hear that your not happy with the size
I have a friend who is the same as you and she had 325 unders
She wasn’t happy with the size she originally wanted 450cc which her surgeon wouldn’t let her have due to not fitting
she is devastated because she was told she can’t have revision for being unhappy with size because the surgeon suggested the size for a reason being it wouldn’t fit anymore then the 325 🙁 bare in mind she didn’t have it done at Mya so not sure how myas revisions work I would contact your pc or surgeon to ask about how there revisions work
    Hope you get it sorted
    Xx

The problem is surgeons are in a really difficult position… they want you to have the size you want but they also want you to have good results.. If they put an implant in that was too big it could cause rippling and not look as good.. but I understand your frustration on size. You will find some girls get implants then a few years later get bigger. This gives your skin etc time to stretch so it’s not all in one go.
Saying that though u see the muscle does take longer to drop and fluff. The muscle holds it down tight. I’m 5/6 months post op op and around the 3 month mark mine went smaller.. They have now settled and look much better. Try and give it some more time. Surgeons won’t consider revision until they have had the full time to settle. I think it’s a year but I could be wrong.
Hope you start seeing positive changes 🙂 xx

Hi Lauren, 325cc should make a bigger difference than what we see in the picture. You must be at least 5’7 and 120lbs, am I right? what’s your stats? what profile implants you went for?

Sometimes surgeon make the choice, as if you try to put bigger implant that your body can handle you’ll have complications and 2nd surgery will be needed in less than 3-5 years or even earlier.

Unless if you are as tall as I think and over 120lbs I don’t see how this is 325cc, are you sure they didn’t put smaller implant in? extremely rare but it could have been a mistake you know.. this would probably get you a revision/2nd surgery.

Hey Holly, depends your stats. If you are around 32a-b around 5-5’4 ft and under 110 lbs 325 overs should very decent size. Not huge, but no small.

Give it some time, I’m 5 months post op and I’m still seeing changes. With them being under the muscle it does take a long time for the muscle to relax and the skin to stretch out allowing the implant to come out properly especially if you was very small to start off with. It’s really hard to be patient with them But you just have to trust in the process and if nothing improves they should definitely re do them for you but I’m sure they will settle fine xx

Sorry I havent been on this in a while and only just seen the replies. In 5ft3 for anyone wondering and around 115pounds. Theyve settled in now and do look a lot better! I do wish I went bigger but they definitely have grown in the last couple of months! Guess you have to trust the process♥️

    Hi Lauren,

Glad that you are happier with the results now. Do you mind me asking what size you are now compared with before?
    Xx
