Did Any one else feel swollen round face and belly

My face and belly seemed swollen after my opp! Look like it put a stone on over night has any one else had this! Feel like I need to get back to gym soon as! X

I had my op on Tues and my tummy is so bloated! Think everyone gets this because of the antibiotics/anaesthetic and painkillers! How do you feel? My boobs feel so heavy! Xxx
