Didn't receive an implant card?

I didn’t receive an implant card like I’ve seen other girls have? Should I question it? X

I recieved mine just as i cam round in theatre they put it inside a little book they give you have you looked in there? Xx

Did they give you an envolope with your meds and a sheet in? I was too out of it to remmeber but my friend have me it. And implant card was inside x

Nicky it’s just a card to let you know what implants you have. I’m guessing it’s in case of a emergancy and you can’t talk the implant card shows you have breast implants. I think we might Kim but check it that book they give you. Might be in there. Can’t reach mine at the moment haha. Xx

Some get a card and some just get implant stickers somewhere mine were in my mentor book x

I had stickers stuck on the back of the mentor book I was given x
