Diet and protein!

I’m always on diet eating healthy I’ve lost 5 stone now and need lose 8 pounds still
And need to tone up and taking protein … My op is 6th June just wondering can u carry on eating healthy in diet and still take protien?

Does Any1 know carry on ,??

I’m sure you will be absolutely fine up until the day before your op! They recommend eating more proteins anyways as it helps healing! Yeah that’s same as me really, you’ll find just after you’ll put a little weight of from doing nothing and eating rubbish. You’ll pretty much only crave crap food after the op and you have to just eat what you fancy so you don’t feel as I’ll xxxx

Oh hope don’t put much on I will cry haha! How much do implants weigh? Xx

I’m not sure lol. Focus more on how it looks not weighs haha xxx

Well done on losing 5 stone !! I eat a high protein diet and haven’t changed it at all during all this. My weight has changed by around 5 pound after op, not sure how much of that is bloating due to tablets, but I’m not letting it worry me as I still feel and look good, well in my eyes anyway haha xx

I’m on juice plus and have lost nearly a stone in just over 3 weeks it’s amazing. Feel so healthy and full of energy and never crave junk food.. I asked did I need to stop before my op or anything but it’s just fUll of fruit/veg and goodness so no need to stop xxx
